2. The Service

PantherVPN provides a consumer virtual private network service that routes your device traffic to our servers to help protect network privacy and security.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use a VPN in your location. This service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 you must not use the service.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised contact us immediately.

5. Zero Activity Logs

We operate with a zero activity logs approach. We do not store browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, or connection timestamps tied to a user identity. Operational telemetry required to keep systems running may exist in real time but is not retained as historical activity logs linked to users.

Temporary operational data (such as server load metrics or session counts) may be processed in memory to maintain service reliability but is never stored in a way that identifies users or their activity.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use PantherVPN for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited conduct includes distributing malware, spam, or illegal content, infringing intellectual property, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with networks, or violating the rights of others.

7. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access where there are credible abuse reports, payment fraud, court or regulator orders, or clear network-level indicators of abuse. We do not monitor or log your browsing traffic content to enforce these Terms.

8. Software and Updates

You may need to install our applications or configuration profiles. We may provide updates which you agree to install to continue using the service.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Prices and plans are shown at checkout or in the app. If you select a recurring plan you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. For card payments you can cancel future renewals from your dashboard. For crypto purchases there is no recurring charge.

10. Refunds

Unless required by law the service is provided on a pre-paid basis and fees are non-refundable. Some app stores may provide their own refund processes which you must follow directly with them.

11. Third Party Services

Payment processors and app stores are operated by third parties subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that it will meet your requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law KZN Development will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KZN Development harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

15. Changes to the Service

We may change or discontinue features. Where changes materially affect paid features we will take reasonable steps to notify active subscribers.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by posting the new Terms and updating the date above. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Termination by You

You may stop using the service at any time. You can cancel card-based recurring plans in your dashboard to prevent future renewals.

18. Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend accounts for the reasons set out in Section 7 or where required by law or to protect the service and other users.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction except where applicable law provides otherwise.

21. Compliance and Platform Policies

PantherVPN complies with applicable laws and platform policies, including Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines. Users are responsible for ensuring that use of the Service is permitted in their country or region.
